Day 1.
Don't worry, I'm not going to journal every day in this "weight loss journey" but day 1 is definitely a notable day! Day 1 has been....crappy! For anyone else out there who has "dieted" have you ever noticed that you can be so busy all day you forget to eat, but as soon as you tell yourself your dieting, ALL you can think about is eating? I have been famished all day with a horrible headache and been incredibly irritable! Thank goodness for this blog because all day I have been saying to myself "screw this.. I will start another day" but then I would remember that I would have to write about that.... and I can't disappoint my biggest fans! :D haha. I've heard it takes a few weeks to get over the migraines and mood swings, so.... here's to day 2!

I read this thing the other day about making habits. It said that if you do something for 21 days it will become a habit. Only 19 to go :)
You can do it! Way to get through day 1. :) You have way more discipline than I ever will.
Trust me, you will get thru this, I TOTALLY know what you are going thru! i am so glad you have here too! it is so much nicer to be accountable to someone! that is how i could do it!
good luck! Seriously, you will be use to it soon enough! Keep going! you can do it for real!! love you!
Don't do anything too drastic that you can't sustain for a long time. Don't think of it as dieting, just think of it as cutting back. When I am in one of the healthy moods, water and fresh vegetables are always okay. Never let yourself go totally hungry. I also set myself a time limit like, no more food after eight PM or something like that since I usually just eat garbage in the evening any way. Don't worry! You can do it!!
Liz!!! Hey! Thanks for saying hi. What's new...are you really in Afganistan? And Pizza Hut? So weird. Let me know what you're up to, if you have the time. Otherwise, I am just going to keep tabs of your blog.
We are moving around the 10th of Nov. I haven't even packed one box. Sad I know. I noticed you have Hyrum's blog on your list. I haven't talked to him for so long. Is it him that blogs or his wife? I would love to say hi to him, so if its him will you do me a favor and have him add me (since its private)Thanks so much, you're the best. How was day 2?
Lizz- you are beautiful!! we were only in town for a few days so i could spend my bday with my family. Addie looked so stinking cute on her bday---grumpy and all!! and you can definitely do this changing of lifestyle thing :o) i'm getting ready to start some changing myself! we'll help keep each other motivated!!! :) i love you!! i'll let you know when we are in town again so we can see you!!! love you lots!!
SO, how was day 2? Call me ANYTIME! I know how hard it is to get on a healthy program and I know how it feels to prescribe something like this to someone. I'm here for you and I'll keep you in my prayers! I love you!
Oatmeal for breakfast (with a Diet Coke, of course), cottage cheese and wheat thins for lunch, a smoothie for a snack or a cucumber with apple cider vinegar, and smaller portioned dinner. Diet Coke is the key for me! That and Crystal Light lemonade. These are a few of my diet favs. Keep going!
Liz, you can do it! i know it totallly sucks....i swear that's how i feel every monday! Good Luck.
