Growing up so fast!

People are always telling me that it is such an emotional feeling when your kid goes to Kindergarten and you sit back and think.."I have a child old enough to go to school?!" Well, on a lesser note, I had that same experience today when Adalie went to Primary!! No more nursery! I looked at her this morning and felt like she had grown up over night! I was worried to send her to Primary today with the new church time because she would be missing her nap and because she does NOT like change! I spent the first 5 minutes standing outside her door to see if she would come running out screaming.... but she didn't?! Then after church, her teacher called me to tell me Adalie was a model child! That she wished all the kids would have sat and acted like Addie! WOW! I was so suprised! And so proud I might add!! (You can't tell she's my first child can you!! )

WOW big girl! I can't even tell you how wierd it will be when A. Rachel stops freaking out when we leave her in class and B. She goes to Primary (again...by herself!) I bet Addie was the model child. She has always been sooo good!

She's so adorable. Primary is a big step. So I made it a New Years Resolution to start going back to church. I went like 3 times last year and the kids LOVED it. The missionaries have been coming by every Wednesday and Aris is actually enjoying their visits and keeps telling them they can come back. He's considering going to church with me and the kids in two weeks. I just need to get him past the whole 3 hour thing. : ) Maybe we'll just start with Sacrament meeting. Anyway, super cute picture. Now just wait for Kindergarten you'll be sobbing. I sure was with Adrienna, but by the time Chris made it I was like SEE YOU LATER!!! hahaha

I agree, (although I dont have a kid in primary yet) the time goes by way to fast.I'm sure the next thing I know Izaiah will be in Primary. By the way, I love Addie's shirt, you always have her dressed so cute!!

It always seems like Addie is more mature for kids her age. I'm glad that she did really well. I know the new primary kids in our primary seem...well....maybe not as well behaved : )

I completely understand! I was the same way with Daelyn on her first day of primary and Brendan just went to primary for the first time a couple weeks ago as well. Not to mention that Cameron is now in nursery. I get to sit through and listen to Relief Society for the first time in my life and I am loving it!!!
